insecurity about flying moth can anyone help?

will it eat any of your material items like cloths and clothes ? any books on a book shelf ?

im a 31 year old guy and live in a one bedroom apartment on my own on disability , ive had a tough life of many adversities and struggle with psychological problems and just getting help for them, including : OCD , PTSD possibly GAD , generalised anxiety disorder – and ive been diagnosed with BPD years back – the others i have a lot of the symptoms but they’ve not been diagnosed.

so i need proper treatment and further assesments done.

im a introverted person, who struggles with low self esteem, who’s never managed to build any relationships in life thus far.

i have a lot of honor, principle and pride though and continue to try battle to get the right mental health care not being received by the services.

i have so many insecurities and obsessive worries, mainly about ” the few ” material items i own…..and are they perfect condition or do i have enough ?????

i dont own much at all except an old custom computer, that desperately needs upgrading, a few old mystery and ghost , adventure novels…..a few by alexander dumas who wrote the 3 musketeers which im interested in…….a few dvds , a playstation 2 and thats it.

im so frightened that my few material items might get damaged or i might lose them……or their stolen from me……then i panic and manicly worry – ” what will i do then ? ”

can anybody help with any of these obsessive insecurities ?

and knows – can a small moth bite into any of my material items like few hats , books, cloths ?

i batted it out of the air with my baseball bat , but im still worrying could it of chewed any of my material possessions…?

im so scared my world would crumble and id lose it if my only very few material possessions got damaged..

Yes, moths can eat your clothes and books, you can purchase things that keep them away or out and then you wont have to worry.

You should also see a dr urgently…

There are species of moths that eat clothing. They typically eat natural fibers such as wool and silk but stay away from mixed blends containing artificial fibers. Garments can be protected by using the scent of juniper or cedar easily.

You have more to pay attention to than whether some clothes which will probably be outdated eventually or some other material things are intact. Your life is not intact since you are not taking strong and courageous steps to change it. You are not getting any younger. If you do not start taking real advice on here and start being strong, stop pitying yourself, and start moving forward…..it is going to be too late.
