Building Services. College work help!?

In a classroom where students are studying in S sedentary atmosphere at 1 met, wearing dresses equivilant to 1 Clo level of insulation, has 50% relative humidity with air temperature, mean radiant temperature and air velocity as 20ºC, 25ºC and 0.1m/s respectivly……..

What are the physiological mechanisms which control the energy balance of the students in this room?……….

What are the variables of its environment which might influence the thermal equilibrium of the students?……….

Evaluate Thermal indices:

Predicted Mean Vote Index?……….
Predicted Percentage of Dissatisfied………
Are they in a thermally comfortable environment???? if not what can be done to bring the level of dissatisfaction up to 5%?……….

Just after some help, pointers, answers really cus it needs to be in tomorro and ive not a clue!
