What are the consequences to dry laundry under Air Conditioner?
As its now a constant rainy season in South East Asia Region, desperate, i dry my freshly washed laundry under AC for tomorrow immediate usage. Is there any bad consequences or harmful mold could grow to harm my skin?

Air Cond is a fixed cost because we sleep with AC on because of constant summer 24/7,365

This sounds like a good and clever idea to me. I don’t see any harmful consequences from this.
The only problem with this method is that you are using more energy to dry your clothes vs. a dryer, and they may not feel soft as they would coming from a dryer.
As long as it does not take longer than 24 hours for the laundry to dry. I cannot see mold growing on them in such a short period of time. It would do no harm, glad it works for you.
Other than Legionarres disease, not a problem.
